研究目的：

通过前瞻性、多中心、非随机对照临床研究，评价超声消融与手术治疗子宫肌瘤的比较安全性、有效性和经济性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate safety, effectiveness and economic results of ultrasound ablation and conventional surgical treatments (hysterectomy and myomectomy) for uterine fibroids.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、子宫肌瘤诊断明确，有子宫切除的手术指征：a. 子宫增大，子宫≥妊娠10周大小；b. 月经过多、继发贫血；c. 有压迫症状；
2、无手术和麻醉禁忌证；
3、征得患者和家属的同意；
4、其他需要满足的条件：a.绝经前妇女；b.已婚已育；c.经腹部超声检查显示肌瘤（最大径2cm以上）数目不超过3个；d.诊断超声经腹部扫查时，无明显声衰减（超过10mm范围）。

Inclusion criteria

1. A defined diagnosis of uterine fibroids and having surgical indications for hysterectomy or myomectomy:
(1) enlarged uterus, uterine size >= 10 weeks of gestation;
(2) menorrhagia, secondary anemia;
(3) compression symptoms.
2. No contraindication for surgery or anesthesia;
3. Informed consent obtained;
4. Other required conditions:
(1) pre-menopausal women;
(2) married and given birth to one children as least;
(3) the number of fibroids (largest diameter >2cm) showed by abdominal ultrasound are no more than 3;
(4) no attenuation (more than 10mm range) detected by abdominal US scanning.

排除标准：

1、有子宫肌瘤剔除史者；
2、有胶原结缔组织病史，或有放疗病史；
3、合并妊娠、生殖道急性炎症，或合并其他妇科良恶性疾病如内异症、卵巢肿瘤的患者；
4、宫颈肌瘤、带蒂的浆膜下肌瘤和带蒂的粘膜下肌瘤；
5、肌瘤最大径大于10cm，血供丰富，可疑肉瘤者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients underwent myomectomy before;
2. History of collagen connective tissue diseases or received radiotherapy;
3. Pregnant, acute inflammation of reproductive tract or other benign and malignant gynecological diseases such as, endometriosis, ovarian cancer;
4. Cervical fibroids, pedunculated subserosal fibroids and submucosal fibroids;
5. Maximum diameter of fibroid greater than 10cm or abundant blood supplement or suspected sarcoma.
