研究PEDF在脓毒症患者中的表达水平、预警价值及其病理生理意义  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the value of PEDF in the diagnosis of sepsis and its role in sepsis pathophysiology

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

疑似或确诊感染患者；符合SIRS诊断标准2项或以上；体温 <= 36? C 或 >= 38?C；心率>= 90次/min；呼吸频率>= 20次/min或PC02<= 32mmHg；WBC >= 12,000/mm3 或<= 4,000/mm3 ；经有效液体复苏后血压仍<=90mmHg；组织低灌注，乳酸>=4 mmol/L

Inclusion criteria

1. At least 18 years of age;
2. Suspected infection;
3. Two or more systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) criteria;
4. Temperature < 36?C or >38?C;
5. Heart rate 90 beats per minute;
6. Mechanical ventilation for acute respiratory process or respiratory rate > 20 breaths per minute or PaC02 < 32 mmHg;
7. WBC >12,000/mm3 OR <4,000/mm3 OR > 10% bands;
8. Refractory hypotension (a systolic blood pressure < 90 mm Hg despite an IV fluid challenge of at least 20 ml/kg over a 30 minute period) or evidence of hypoperfusion (a blood lactate concentration > 4 mmol/L)

排除标准：

未成年人；孕期和哺乳期妇女；精神疾病患者；既往有糖尿病、冠心病、肾功能不全、呼吸功能不全等慢性疾病病史；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Minors;
2. Patient under guardianship or trusteeship;
3. pregnant or lactating women;
4. diabetic;
5. cardiomyopathy known and/or treated or detect in admission;
6. electro-systolic process permanent or transitory;
7. neurological history or degenerative pathology;
8. chronic respiratory insufficiency;
9. Chronic renal insufficiency
