研究目的：

对比在胃镜检查中使用瑞马唑仑、瑞马唑仑配合氟马西尼、丙泊酚对老年患者术中呼吸反应、心血管反应、应激反应、术后苏醒时间、术后满意度、术后1天认知功能影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Contrast in gastroscopy using Remimazolam, Remimazolam with flumazenil, propofol for elderly patients with intraoperative respiratory and cardiovascular reaction, stress response and postoperative emergence time, postoperative satisfaction, cognitive function 1 day postoperative.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、65岁-75岁做胃镜检查门诊患者；
2、ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级；
3、自愿参加，签署知情同意书；
4、预计检查时间小于30min。

Inclusion criteria

1. 65-75 years old patients who do gastroscopy.
2. ASA I - II patients.
3. The patients who participated voluntarily signed the informed consent.
4. Patients whose estimated examination time is less than 30 minutes.

排除标准：

1、有心血管系统及呼吸系统基础疾病患者；
2、体重大于或小于20%BMI；
3、肝肾功能不全患者；
4、术前MMSE认知评分低于17分患者；
5、文盲。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cardiovascular and respiratory diseases;
2. Patients with body weight greater than or less than 20% BMI;
3. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction;
4. Patients with MMSE cognitive score lower than 17 before operation;
5. Illiterate patients.
