本研究拟利用MIMIC-III权威、可靠的大数据，应用广义加性模型GAM探寻脓毒症患者最佳血氧饱和度区间。  

Objectives of Study：

The Search for Optimal Oxygen Saturation Targets in Sepsis Patients based on MIMIC-III Database

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

脓毒症需符合脓毒症3.0标准

Inclusion criteria

sepsis 3.0 patients

排除标准：

1）一次住院期间重复入住ICU。
2）16岁以下的患者。
3）ICU停留时间少于48小时。
4）合并休克，导致血氧饱和度测量不准确情况。
5）SpO2测量次数<24次。
6）重要数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Repeated admission to ICU during one hospitalization.
2) Patients under 16 years old.
3) The ICU-Los less than 48 hours.
4) Combined with shock, resulting in inaccurate measurement of blood oxygen saturation.
5) The number of SpO2 measurements was less than 24.
6) Important data missing.
