研究目的：

探究PRP在小型肩袖撕裂中应用对缓解肩关节疼痛、改善肩关节僵硬等问题的治疗效果，以及其应用的安全性；  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the therapeutic effects of PRP in small rotator cuff tears on alleviating shoulder joint pain and improving shoulder joint stiffness, and the safety of its application;

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合肩袖损伤的诊断标准，通过磁共振成像（MRI）诊断为小型肩袖肌腱损伤的患者（撕裂范围<1cm）;
② 发病6个月内;
③ 自愿签署知情同意书;
④ 年龄40～ 80岁;
⑤ 生命体征稳定。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of rotator cuff injury and diagnosed as small rotator cuff tendon injury by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) (tear range <1cm);
2. within 6 months of onset;
3. voluntarily sign an informed consent;
4. aged 40 to 80 years old;
5. Stable vital signs.

排除标准：

①肩关节严重感染者；②肩关节有肿瘤，痛风或其它炎性疾病史者；③有严重的肝肾功能不全者；④病情较重如昏迷伴严重的并发症者；⑤合并未控制的高血压或严重心脑血管疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

①Severe infection of the shoulder joint; ②Shoulder joint tumor, gout or other inflammatory diseases; ③Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; ④Severe illness such as coma with severe complications; ⑤Uncontrolled High blood pressure or severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
