阐明早期进食对腹腔镜远端胃切除术后患者的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of early oral feeding on short-term outcome of patients receiving laparoscopic distal gastrectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1胃癌患者（年龄>18岁，≤ 75岁）；2 术前未作放化疗；3行根治性腹腔镜远端胃切除术4 有能力签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with gastric cancer (Age from 18 to 75);
2. chemotherapy or radiotherapy was not performed before operation;
3. gastric cancer patients receiving laparoscopic distal gastrectomy;
4. understood and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1手术禁忌 2 远处转移

Exclusion criteria：

1. operative contraindication;
2. patients with metastatic disease
