研究目的：

比较飞秒激光辅助白内障手术与传统超声乳化白内障手术的术后长期的客观视觉质量（波前像差、光学质量和屈光状态）。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the wave-front aberrations and optical quality after femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery (FLACS) and conventional phacoemulsification cataract surgery (CPCS).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入 2016 年至 2019 年于浙二眼科中心行白内障手术的符合上述标准的患者，利用 PACS 系统查询并记录患者的基线数据：人口统计学特征、手术日期、手术眼别、裸眼远视力 UDVA、角膜曲率、眼轴长度、前房深度 ACD、角膜中央厚度 CCT、眼压 IOP、电脑验光数据、OPD 记录的高阶像差等。 在获得知情同意后，对病人进行术后随访，记录白内障术后长期的客观视觉质量指标：术后裸眼视力，术后并发症情况，电脑验光数据，全眼、角膜、眼内的波前像差（倾斜 tilt、彗差 coma、三叶草差 trefoil、球差 sphere） 试验结束后整理材料，做统计学分析并撰写临床试验报告。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2016 年-2019年期间至我院就诊的，年龄大于 18 周岁的，至少一只眼睛接受LenSx激光辅助白内障手术或超声乳化白内障手术；签署知情同意书；所有手术均由专业眼科医生完成。

Inclusion criteria

The study recruited patients who received FLACS (Lensx, Alcon Laboratories, Inc.) or CPCS for cataract with implantation of a posterior IOL from 2016 to 2019.

排除标准：

①存在术中或术后并发症高危风险的患者；②存在严重的眼部炎症、感染、高度近视、黄斑变性或青光眼控制效果不佳的患者；③存在严重的全身性疾病而不适合手术的患者；④精神疾病患者、危重患者、孕妇、文盲、未成年人及认知损伤患者；⑤围手术期用药过敏者；⑥随访期间参加其他临床试验或失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria include lack of cooperation, poorly dilated pupils (<5.0 mm), all-white cortical cataract with a hard nucleus, glaucoma and other ocular or systemic pathologies that warranted exclusion.
