研究目的：

本研究为多中心、前瞻性队列研究，旨在了解中国女性生殖衰老过程的特征及其对女性身心健康各方面的影响，研究同时建立自然绝经观察队列及绝经激素治疗队列，在骨骼系统、代谢等经典观察的更年期相关改变基础上，重点关注泌尿生殖道萎缩、性和阴道微生态环境改变。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is a multicenter, prospective cohort study, which aims to understand the characteristics of Chinese women's reproductive aging process and its effects on women's physical and mental health, and to establish a natural menopausal observation cohort and menopausal hormone therapy cohort. On the basis of the classic observation of menopause-related changes such as skeletal system and metabolism, this study focuses on urogenital tract atrophy, sexual and vaginal microecological environment changes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a）42-52岁的女性；
b）完整子宫，B超下双侧卵巢可见；
c）邻近月经周期长度差异超过7天，10次月经周期中重复出现，并且过去3个月内至少有一次月经来潮；
d）更年期症状明显，更年期症状-量表（改良Kupperman评分）大于或等于14分；
e）一年内TCT检查结果正常或三年内TCT、HPV检查结果均正常；
f）受试者充分知情同意，自愿受试，本人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

a) Women aged 42-52.
b) Intact uterus, visible in both ovaries under ultrasound.
c) The difference in the length of the adjacent menstrual cycle is more than 7 days, it is repeated in 10 menstrual cycles, and there has been at least one menstrual cycle in the past 3 months.
d) Menopausal symptoms are obvious, and the menopausal symptom scale (modified Kupperman score) ≥ 14 points.
e) TCT results are normal within one year or TCT and HPV results are normal within three years.
f) Patients who are willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

a）存在各种恶性肿瘤或可疑恶性肿瘤者（肿瘤标记物检查结果或乳腺超声、盆腔超声提示可疑恶性肿瘤）；
b）6个月内血栓史；
c）近2个月内应用过影响卵巢功能的性激素类药物（包括各种含雌激素的药物或复方口服避孕药等）；
d）近2个月内应用过影响更年期症状的中药或植物药（如坤泰胶囊、香芍颗粒、莉芙敏等或同类药物）以及抗焦虑、抑郁的药物和帮助睡眠的西药；
e）有可能危及生命的药物过敏史或过敏体质者；
f）转氨酶（ALT）、肌酐（Cr）超过正常值2倍者；
g）子宫肌瘤≥5cm；
h）体重指数BMI≥28 kg/m2；
i）正在参加其他临床试验或者3个月内参加过其它临床试验的受试者；
j）医生认为不适合参加研究的其它情况。

Exclusion criteria：

a) The presence of various malignant tumors or suspected malignant tumors (tumor marker examination results or breast ultrasound or pelvic ultrasound indicating suspected malignant tumors);
b) A history of thrombosis within 6 months;
c) Used sex hormone drugs (including various estrogen-containing drugs or compound oral contraceptives) that affect ovarian function in the recent 2 months;
d) Used traditional Chinese or plant drugs in the past two months (such as Kuntai capsule, Xiangshao granules, Lifumin and other similar drugs) to affect the menopausal symptoms, as well as anti-anxiety and depression drugs and western drugs;
e) A history of drug allergy or allergic constitution that may endanger life;
f) Transaminase (ALT) and creatinine (Cr) exceeding 2 times of the normal value;
g) Uterine fibroids ≥5cm;
h) Body mass index ≥28 kg/m2;
i) Subjects who are participating in other clinical trials or who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months;
j) Other circumstances in which the physician considers it inappropriate to participate in the study.
