研究目的：

益中生血胶囊治疗晚期胃癌合并贫血的临床疗效，较空白对照组（常规基础治疗）比较，贫血纠正或改善率提高15%-20%。  

Objectives of Study：

To show clinical efficacy of Yizhong shengxue capsule on advanced gastric cancer with anemia. It will increase anemia correct rate or improvement rate by 15%-20%, compared with blank control group (conventional therapy).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

同时具备下列7项：①符合胃癌诊断标准且TNM分期为Ⅲ-Ⅳ期；②符合贫血诊断标准（贫血程度为轻度或中度贫血）；③符合脾胃虚弱、气血两虚证候辨证标准；④年龄18～80岁之间；⑤入组前一个月内未使用促红细胞生成素、铁制剂、叶酸、维生素B12、性激素者；⑥排除胃癌侵及血管引起呕血、便血等大出血者；⑦自愿受试，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Have all of the following 7 criteria: ①Conform to the diagnosis of gastric cancer and TNM stage Ⅲ - Ⅳ stage；②Conform to the diagnostic criteria of anemia ( mild or moderate anemia)；③In accordance with the standards of syndrome differentiation on weakness of the spleen and stomach and deficiency of qi and blood；④Age between 18 and 75 years old；⑤Stop using erythropoietin, iron, folic acid, vitamin B12, sex hormones at least for a month before the study；⑥Exclude major bleeding such as hematemesis, hematochezia caused by blood vessels invaded by gastric cancer；⑦Volunteers, and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

具备下列任意1项：①不符合以上纳入病例标准；②伴有心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能损害；③孕妇及精神病人；④未按规定用药；⑤治疗期间因毒副反应严重，被迫中断治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

Have any one of the following：①Not meet the above inclusion criteria；②With heart, liver, kidney and other important organs functions damage；③Pregnant women and mental patients；④Unable to follow the prescription；⑤The patient is forced to interrupt treatment because of severe side effects during the treatment.
