研究目的：

新加良附颗粒治疗晚期胃癌合并血液高凝状态的临床疗效，较空白对照组(常规基础治疗）比较，高凝状态改善率提高10%-15%。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate clinical efficacy of modified Liangfu granules in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients with blood hypercoagulability. It will increase blood hypercoagulability correct rate or improvement rate by 15%-20%, compared with blank control group (conventional therapy).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

同时具备下列8项：①符合晚期胃癌诊断标准且TNM分期为Ⅲ-Ⅳ期；②符合拟定血液高凝状态诊断标准；③符合脾胃虚寒、气虚血瘀证候辨证标准；④年龄18～80岁之间；⑤入组前两周内未行抗血小板、抗凝、溶栓及中药活血化瘀治疗；⑥无心、肝、肾、脑、血液等其他系统严重疾患；⑦一般情况良好，体力状况（KPS）评分在60分以上，预计生存期≥3个月；⑧自愿受试，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Have all of the following eight criteria:①Conform to the diagnosis of gastric cancer and TNM stage Ⅲ - Ⅳ stage；②Accord with diagnostic criteria proposed about blood hypercoagulability；③In accordance with the standards of syndrome differentiation on deficient cold of spleen and stomach, and Qi-deficiency-blood-stasis；④Age between 18 and 80 years old；⑤Stop antiplatelet, anticoagulation, thrombolysis fails and chinese medecine of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis therapy at least one month before the study；⑥No serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney, brain, blood and other systems；⑦The general situation is good, performance status (KPS) score above 60 points, the expected survival time ≥ 3 months；⑧Volunteers, and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

具备下列任意1项：①不符合以上纳入病例标准；②有出血倾向或合并内脏出血者；③孕妇及精神病人；④未按规定用药；⑤治疗期间因毒副反应严重，被迫中断治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

Have any one of the following：①Not meet the above inclusion criteria；②A bleeding tendency or accompanied with visceral hemorrhage；③Pregnant women and mental patients；④Unable to follow the prescription；⑤The patient is forced to interrupt treatment because of severe side effects during the treatment.
