研究目的：

通过规范的临床试验，明确“脾主统血”生理特点与病理表征，研究从脾论治改善免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患者症状与止血疗效，并初步探讨效应机制。  

Objectives of Study：

According to clinical trials and applying basic research, the physiological and pathological characteristics of "spleen dominating blood" in TCM theory will be clarified, symptoms improvement and hemostasis effect in ITP patients will be summarized, and the ITP animal models in accordance with the TCM syndrome of “failure of the spleen to control the blood circulation” will be established as well; In addition, with the administration of different decoctions in TCM, therapeutic mechanism will be explored based on the analysis of hemostasis effect to reveal the scientific connotation of "spleen dominating blood" in TCM theory, enrich and innovate the Spleen from Zangxiang doctrine inTCM, and guide the treatment of bleeding disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

同时具备下列3项：①符合免疫性血小板减少性紫癜诊断标准；②符合中医证候诊断标准；③自愿受试，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The following 3 items should be conformed simultaneously:
1. subjects should be in accordance with the diagnosis of ITP;
2. subjects should be in accordance with the diagnosis of syndrome in TCM;
3. subjects should be voluntary participants and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

具备下列任意1项：①合并严重心、脑、肝、肾疾病；②精神病；③妊娠、哺乳期妇女；④有严重糖尿病、高血压并发症患者；⑤已知对受试药物（单味中药）过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

If the following any item is conformed:
1. combine with severe brain, liver or kidney disease;
2. mental disease;
3. subjects are pregnant or lactating women;
4. complicate with severe diabetes or hypertension;
5. allergic to the investigational medicine (single Chinese herb).
