评估在支气管镜超声引导针吸活检术中使用甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑镇静的有效性与安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of remimazolam anesthesia during endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）拟行支气管镜超声引导针吸活检术；
（2）年龄18-65岁；
（3）美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级；
（4）Mallampati气道分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Scheduled for endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration;
(2)Aged 18-65 years;
(3)With American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II;
(4)With Mallampati classification I or II.

排除标准：

（1）患有严重心、脑、肝肾疾病；
（2）对丙泊酚或苯二氮卓类药物过敏；
（3）滥用药物史；
（4）呼吸道急性炎症；
（5）患有阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征或者体质量指数≥28kg/㎡。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)With circulation dysfunction,liver dysfunction,kidney dysfunction and other important organ dysfunction;
(2)Allergic to propofol orBenzodiazepines;
(3)A history of drug abuse;
(4)With acute upper respiratory infection;
(5)With Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome or body mass index, BMI≥28kg/㎡.
