研究目的：

在常规治疗基础上加用华佗再造丸，评价华佗再造丸治疗缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉硬化的有效性和安全性，初步探索华佗再造丸的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the efficacy and safety of Huatuo Zaizao pill in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with ischemic stroke on the basis of conventional treatment, and explore the mechanism of Huatuo Zaizao pill preliminarily.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）35周岁≤年龄≤75周岁，性别不限；
（2）发病≤2周（14d）的缺血性脑卒中患者；
（3）诊断为颈动脉粥样硬化伴易损斑块；
（4）签署知情同意书，并自愿参加临床调查者。

Inclusion criteria

（1）35 ≤ age ≤75, regardless of gender;
（2）Patients with ischemic stroke whose onset was ≤2 weeks (14d);
（3）Carotid atherosclerosis with vulnerable plaque was diagnosed;
（4）Signed the informed consent form and volunteered to participate in the clinical investigation.

排除标准：

（1）病情严重需要手术者；
（2）昏迷患者（NIHSS的1a意识水平的项目>1分的患者）；
（3）肝功能障碍（谷草转氨酶或谷丙转氨酶超过正常值上限2倍），肾功能障碍（肌酐值超过正常值上限1.5倍）；
（4）精神病患者；
（5）CT或MRI明确为颅内出血者；
（6）签署知情同意书30天内，参加其他医疗设施或者药物的临床试验者；
（7）对试验药物及其成分过敏者；
（8）妊娠妇女；
（9）研究者认为不适宜参加者。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）Patients whose condition is serious enough to require surgery;
（2）Coma patients (NIHSS 1a level of consciousness items & GT;Patients with 1 point);
（3）Liver dysfunction (alANINE aminotransferase or alanine aminotransferase exceeding 2 times of the upper limit of normal value), renal dysfunction (creatinine value exceeding 1.5 times of the upper limit of normal value);
（4） The mentally ill;
（5） Patients with intracranial hemorrhage confirmed by CT or MRI;
（6） Participate in clinical trials of other medical facilities or drugs within 30 days of signing the informed consent;
（7）Those who are allergic to the test drugs and their ingredients;
（8）Pregnant women;
（9）The researchers considered the participants unsuitable.
