研究目的：

探究光疗与计算机认知训练对轻度认知障碍患者认知功能的影响，并比较高强度光疗、计算机认知训练及高强度光疗与计算机认知训练混合作用三者的区别。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of light therapy and computer cognitive training on cognitive function of patients with mild cognitive impairment, and to compare the differences between high-intensity light therapy, computer cognitive training and the mixed effects of high-intensity light therapy and computer cognitive training.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄60-80岁；
2.签署知情同意书；
3.能进行日常交流活动和独立行走；
4.简易精神状态检查（MMSE）评分≥24分和蒙特利尔认知评估（MoCA）评分＜26分。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 60-80 years;
2. Sign the informed consent form;
3. Able to carry out daily communication activities and walk independently;
4. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score ≥ 24 and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score < 26.

排除标准：

1.重要脏器（心脏、肝脏、肾脏等）的功能衰竭和严重躯体疾病者；
2.癫痫等其他精神疾病者；
3.严重视听障碍患者；
4.严重光敏性皮炎；
5.一个月内接受了任何形式的轻度认知障碍治疗；
6.痴呆患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Failure of important organs (heart, liver, kidney, etc.) and severe physical diseases;
2. Epilepsy and other mental illness;
3. People with severe audiovisual impairment;
4. People with severe photosensitive dermatitis;
5. Received any form of treatment for mild cognitive impairment within one month;
6. Patients with dementia.
