研究目的：

本研究旨在通过回顾性收集接受PMTD或MIS-TLIF治疗的退变性腰椎滑脱（I度）伴有腰椎管狭窄症患者相关临床结局数据，探讨PMTD和MIS-TLIF的疗效差异。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference in efficacy between PMTD and MIS-TLIF by retrospectively collecting clinical outcome data of patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis (degree I) associated with lumbar spinal stenosis treated with PMTD or MIS-TLIF.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）入选年龄：30-70周岁；
（2）有明显的间歇性跛行的症状，经过保守治疗达3个月无效；
（3）I度腰椎滑脱（据Meyerding腰椎滑脱分级[13] ）；
（4）所有患者均经过MRI、CT证实腰椎滑脱和腰椎管狭窄，且狭窄的位置与相应的神经症状相符；
（5）腰椎X线片（正侧位、双斜位、过伸过屈位）上，无节段性腰椎不稳(术前过伸过屈侧位 X线 片示病变节段上下终板角度差小于l0°或椎体间移行距离小于3mm)；
（6）接受PMTD或MIS-TLIF手术治疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Selection age 30-70 years old;
(2) There are obvious symptoms of intermittent claudication, which is ineffective after conservative treatment for 3 months;
(3) I degree spondylolisthesis (according to Meyerding lumbar spondylolisthesis classification [13]);
(4) All patients were confirmed by MRI and CT for lumbar spondylolisthesis and lumbar spinal stenosis, and the location of the stenosis was consistent with the corresponding neurological symptoms;
(5) Lumbar X-rays (frontal, double oblique, hyperextension and flexion), no segmental lumbar instability (preoperative lateral X-rays of hyperextension and flexion show the upper and lower endplates of the diseased segment Angle difference is less than l0 degree or the distance between vertebral bodies is less than 3mm);
(6) Receive PMTD or MIS-TLIF surgery.

排除标准：

（1）腰椎节段有手术史者；
（2）马尾神经综合征者；
（3）其他严重身体或心理疾病；
（4）正在参加其他临床试验者；
（5）可能引起类似症状的风湿免疫类疾病患者；
（6）不宜行MRI、CT增强等特殊检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with a history of surgery on lumbar spine segments;
(2) People with cauda equina syndrome;
(3) Other serious physical or mental illnesses;
(4) Those who are participating in other clinical trials;
(5) Patients with rheumatic immune diseases that may cause similar symptoms;
(6) Special examinations such as MRI and CT enhancement are not suitable.
