研究目的：

分析和评价超声引导星状神经节阻滞作为一种综合治疗手段对Graves病的治疗意义，为其在甲状腺疾病中进一步应用的安全性、有效性及可行性提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze and evaluate the significance of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block as a comprehensive treatment for Graves' disease, and provide a reference for its safety, effectiveness and feasibility in its further application in thyroid diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-60岁，ASA分级I-II级，
首次确诊Graves病（参照中国甲状腺疾病诊治指南），
无手术指征，拟选择药物治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18-60 years, ASA grade I-II,
2. Patients with Graves' disease diagnosed for the first time (refer to Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases),
3. Patients who have no indication for operation and plan to choose drug treatment.

排除标准：

1）有SGB禁忌症：凝血障碍、心脏传导阻滞、青光眼、穿刺局部皮肤感染等；
2）认知或智力障碍；
3）妊娠；
4）甲亢合并粒细胞缺乏症或中重度肝损害；
5）合并其他严重系统性疾病；
6）合并感染、发热；
7）正在服用与内分泌或神经系统相关的药物；
8）拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with SGB contraindications: coagulation disorders, heart block, glaucoma, skin infection in puncture area, etc;
2. Patients with cognitive or intellectual impairment;
3. The subject of pregnancy;
4. Hyperthyroidism with agranulocytosis or moderate to severe liver damage;
5. Patients with other serious systemic diseases;
6. Patients with infection and fever;
7. Patients taking drugs related to endocrine or nervous system;
8. Patients who refuse to sign informed consent.

采用分层平衡随机方法，考虑两个因素的平衡，分层因素：性别，平衡因素：年龄。操作如下： ①分层因素和随机表设计：以性别分层，采用随机序列软件（丁香园医学统计论坛提供）生成两套随机序列表，男女各一套，均为1～N/1.5，选择肯德尔系数在±0.25之内。 ②入组与随机表应用：根据入组病例的性别使用各自表格。其中能被3整除的数进入对照组，被3除后余1的进入干预组A，余2的进入干预组B。 ③完全随机入组：在入各组的入组数达到24例（80%）之前为完全随机入组，不考虑其它年龄是否均衡。 ④平衡选择入组：在某一组的入组数达到24例以后改为平衡入组，即选择性入组。根据3组的年龄差异，大年龄入平均年龄偏小的组。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确的记录到病例报告表。数据采用相应的数据库系统进行双人双机录入，并对数据库进行多次比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并且有多个备份保存于不同记录介质，防止数据损坏或丢失。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The researcher records the data in the case report form in a timely, complete and correct manner based on the subjects’ original observation records. The data is entered by the corresponding database system for two persons and two computers, and the database is compared for many times. Electronic data files are classified and stored, and multiple backups are stored in different recording media to prevent data damage or loss.
