研究目的：

为提高双腔气管导管单肺通气与双肺通气转换效率，我们发明了一种Y型可旋转阀芯双腔管三通接头（已获实用新型专利，授权公告号CN 208481834 U），此次实验的目的是对比分析此新型接头与传统接头的临床使用性能。  

Objectives of Study：

To improve the conversion efficiency between single-lung and double-lung ventilation with double-lumen endotracheal tube, we invented a Y-shaped rotatable connector((Utility model patent granted, authorized announcement no. CN 208481834 U)). The purpose of this experiment is to compare and analyze the clinical performance of Y-shaped rotatable connector with that of the traditional connector.

纳入标准：

1.需要行胸科手术且插双腔气管导管的的成人患者
2.ASA（美国麻醉医师协会）分级I—Ⅱ级

Inclusion criteria

1. Adult patients who need to undergo thoracic surgery and insert a double-lumen endotracheal tube
2. The ASA (the American society of anesthesiologists) class I - Ⅱ

排除标准：

1.患者年龄< 18岁
2.急诊胸科手术
3.怀孕
4.有双腔气管导管插管禁忌症，如：喉水肿、急性喉炎等
5.术前气道评估预计为困难气道的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient age < 18 years old
2. Emergency chest surgery
3. The pregnancy
4. Contraindications for double-lumen endotracheal intubation, such as laryngeal edema, acute laryngitis, etc
5. Preoperative airway assessment was expected for patients with difficult airway
