研究目的：

观察新型光固化生物胶对小儿包皮粘连的治疗效果，与常规药物治疗相比是否更有利于患儿创口愈合，能否能有效降低再粘率。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the therapeutic effect of new light-cured biological glue on pediatric prepuce adhesion, whether it is more beneficial to wound healing and whether it can effectively reduce the re-adhesion rate compared with conventional drug therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

在小儿外科门诊就诊，有包皮粘连且需要解除粘连患儿；
在小儿外科行包皮环切术后，有包皮粘连且需要解除粘连患儿。

Inclusion criteria

in the pediatric surgery clinic, there are children with prepuce adhesion and need to remove adhesion
after pediatric circumcision, there are children with prepuce adhesion and need to remove adhesion.

排除标准：

（1）易过敏或疤痕体质；
（2）营养不良；
（3）尿道下裂、阴茎屈曲等阴茎畸形；
（4）包皮炎急性发作；
（5）严重尿路感染；
（6）病情较重危及生命；
（7）有严重心、肝、肾、肺功能不全等疾病；
（8）有存在其他基础性疾病；
（9）离温州医科大学附属第二医院路程较远，不方便复查；
（10）处于严重的难以控制的局部或全身急、慢性感染期间；
（11）最近 3 个月参加过其他临床试验；
（12）对青霉素有过敏或超敏反应者；
（13）对透明质酸钠过敏者；
（14）据研究者判断有可能干扰试验结果或增加患者风险的任何病史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Susceptible to allergies or scars.
(2) malnutrition.
(3) penile deformities such as hypospadias and penile flexion.
(4) Acute attack of preputial dermatitis.
(5) severe urinary tract infection.
(6) the condition is serious and life-threatening.
(7) severe heart, liver, kidney, lung insufficiency and other diseases.
(8) there are other basic diseases.
(9) it is far away from the second affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, so it is not convenient for reexamination.
(10) during severe and uncontrollable local or systemic acute or chronic infection.
(11) participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months.
(12) those who are allergic or hypersensitive to penicillin.
(13) those who are allergic to sodium hyaluronate.
(14) according to the researchers, any medical history that may interfere with the trial results or increase the risk of the patient.

招募受试者前，实验组员采用SPSS 26.0软件生产随机数列，分为5组，每组人数相等。其中生物胶两组，凡士林、金霉素及空白对照各一组。
