研究目的：

评价糖肾方治疗糖尿病肾脏疾病临床蛋白尿期（2型糖尿病）的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tangshen formula (TSF) in treating the clinical proteinuria stage of diabetic kidney disease (DKD).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

生黄芪、生地黄、制大黄、三七、卫矛、山茱萸、枳壳 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

radix astragali, Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch, Panax Notoginseng（Burk.）F.H.Chen, evonymus alata, Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zuce, Citrus Aurantium L. 

纳入标准：

⑴符合糖尿病肾脏疾病诊断（DKD）；
a）2型糖尿病；
b）合并糖尿病视网膜病变。
⑵24h尿蛋白定量在0.5～3.5g；
⑶血清肌酐＜265μmol/L（3mg/dl）；
⑷伴高血压（可用药将血压控制≤130 / 80mmHg）或不伴高血压；
⑸HbA1c≤7.5% ；
⑹中医辨证为气阴两虚夹瘀证；
⑺已连续服用厄贝沙坦片2周或以上，每日给药剂量300 mg；
⑻年龄18～70周岁，性别不限；
⑼自愿签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) DKD diagnostic criteria;a) type 2 diabetes;b) Diabetic retinopathy;
(2) 24h urinary protein (24-h UP) level between 0.5 and 3.5 gram;
(3) serum creatinine ＜265umol/L（3mg/dl);
(4) with hypertension (blood pressure can be controlled <=130 / 80mmHg by anti-hypertension agents) or without hypertension;
(5) HbA1c <=7.5%;
(6) Chinese syndrome differentiation type as Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis;
(7) Taking Irbesartan continuously for 2 weeks, 300mg daily;
(8) aged between 18 and 70 years old;
(9) signed informed consent.

排除标准：

⑴血压＜90/60mmHg；
⑵血钾＞5.5mmol/L或＜3.5mmol/L；
⑶近半年内血肌酐翻倍的患者
⑷单侧或双侧肾动脉狭窄；
⑸有其他严重糖尿病并发症及近半年有严重大血管事件，如脑出血、大面积脑梗塞、急性心肌梗死；
⑹近4周内有各种感染疾病患者；
⑺合并原发性、其他继发性肾脏疾病 ；
⑻合并其他严重疾病，如血液系统疾病、恶性肿瘤等；
⑼存在严重的心理或者精神异常；
⑽妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
⑾对本研究药物中的组分有过敏史的患者；
⑿正在参加其他药物临床试验的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) blood pressure ＜90/60mmHg;
(2) serum potassium ＞5.5mmol/L or ＜3.5mmol/L;
(3) doubling of serum creatinine within half a year;
(4) renal artery stenosis;
(5) other server diabetic complications or serious macrovascular events within half a year. For example, cerebral hemorrhage, massive cerebral infarction and Acute myocardial infarction;
(6) recent infection within 4 weeks;
(7) other primary or secondary renal disease;
(8) other server diseases, malignant tumor;
(9) server mental disorders;
(10) pregnant or lactating women;
(11) allergic to component of agents in this study;
(12) Involved in other clinical trials.
