研究目的：

1主要目的:研究GFAP星形细胞病临床特点、分型、抗体特征及预后。 2 次要目的:根据大样本数据基础进一步提出GFAP星形细胞病的临床诊断标准。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Main purpose: to explore the clinical characteristics, classification, characteristics of antibody and prognosis of GFAP astrocytosis. 2.Secondary purpose: To determine clinical diagnostic criteria for GFAP astrocytosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）怀疑自身免疫性脑炎、中枢神经脱髓鞘疾病等 CNS 自身免疫疾病的患者；
（2）已行腰椎穿刺术，留取脑脊液标本；
（3）患者知情同意，并且签署书面的同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with suspected CNS autoimmune diseases such as autoimmune encephalitis, central nerve demyelinating disease;
(2) Lumbar puncture has been performed, and cerebrospinal fluid specimens have been collected;
(3) The patient gave informed consent and signed a written consent form.

排除标准：

（1）临床资料登记不齐全的患者 。
（2）不同意纳入研究或中途要求退出的患者 。
（3）腰穿不成功，未能留取脑脊液。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patient with incomplete clinical data.
(2) Patient who disagrees to be included in the study or asks to withdraw halfway.
(3) Lumbar puncture is unsuccessful and cerebrospinal fluid can not be collected.
