研究目的：

冻结肩（Frozen shoulder）目前发病率高，严重时疼痛及上肢功能受限程度重，影响患者生活质量。目前对于冻结肩的常规治疗如针灸、推拿、理疗都只是考虑局部的症状和单方向的活动, 缺乏对协调运动能力及神经本体感觉的考虑，并且难以避免手法纠正活动受限过程中的剧烈疼痛。基于ICF整体康复理念，寻求一种舒适有效的冻结肩治疗方式的重要性便突显出来。本项目拟探究基于ICF模式下的PNF技术治疗冻结肩的临床疗效，以期寻求舒适安全有效的冻结肩治疗方式。  

Objectives of Study：

Frozen shoulder currently has a high incidence, severe pain and severe upper limb function limitation, which affects the quality of life of patients. At present, conventional treatments for frozen shoulders such as acupuncture, massage, and physical therapy only consider local symptoms and unidirectional activities, lack of consideration of coordinated movement ability and neural proprioception, and it is difficult to avoid manual correction of severe pain in the process of restricted activities . Based on the overall rehabilitation concept of ICF, the importance of seeking a comfortable and effective frozen shoulder therapy is highlighted. This project intends to explore the clinical efficacy of PNF technology based on ICF mode in the treatment of frozen shoulder, in order to seek a comfortable, safe and effective frozen shoulder treatment.

纳入标准：

（1）①肩关节疼痛伴活动受限超过 4 周;② 严重的肩关节疼痛,影响日常生活或工作;③夜间痛;④痛性肩关节活动受限,肩关节周围软组织呈“冻结”状态，主、被动上举或外旋受限严重;⑤影像学检查无其他异常;⑥无继发因素。
（2）年龄40岁-65岁者，男女不限；
（3）患者自愿参加研究且依从性好。

Inclusion criteria

(1) ① Shoulder joint pain with limited mobility for more than 4 weeks; ② Severe shoulder joint pain, which affects
daily life or work; ③ Night pain; ④ Painful shoulder joint mobility is limited, and the soft tissue around the
shoulder joint is "frozen" , Active and passive lifting or severe external rotation limitation; ⑤ No other
abnormalities in imaging examination; ⑥ No secondary factors.
(2) Those aged 40-65 years old, no gender limit;
(3) Patients voluntarily participate in the study and have good compliance.

排除标准：

（1）合并有心脑血管及其他严重系统性疾病者；
（2）有精神疾病或意识障碍者；
（3）肩部肿瘤、结核或风湿性疾病者，颈部疾病或其他疾病放射至肩部者；
（4）肩部外伤尚未痊愈者或严重骨质疏松症者，X 摄片肩关节骨质病变
（5）参与其他试验者；
（6）在我科治疗前2周有接受过其他治疗者；
（7）不能取得完整数据及中途退出者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with combined cardiovascular and cerebrovascular and other serious systemic diseases;
(2) People with mental illness or impaired consciousness;
(3) Shoulder tumors, tuberculosis or rheumatic diseases, neck diseases or other diseases radiated to the shoulders;
(4) For those who have not healed from shoulder trauma or who have severe osteoporosis, X-rays of shoulder joint bone
lesions
(5) Participants in other trials;
(6) Those who have received other treatment 2 weeks before treatment in our department;
(7) Those who cannot obtain complete data and withdraw halfway.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：由两名富顺县人民医院康复医学科独立于本研究的治疗师对数据进行收集，按照EXCEL表格形式录入后核对两组数据，存在任何偏差又负责人进行检查核对，直到无录入错误存在， 数据管理：录入数据后保存于富顺县人民医院临床研究原始数据库。原始数据将在试验结束后公开，必要时可与负责人联系获取（1964180903@qq.com）。由富顺县人民医院伦理委员会以及自贡市科学技术局监管数据原始性和真实性。

Data collection: Two therapists from the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of Fushun County People’s Hospital, independent of this study, collected the data. After entering in the form of EXCEL, the two sets of data were checked.
