研究目的：

主要目的：观察保湿剂在预防特应性皮炎/干燥性湿疹复发中的应用价值 次要目的：观察保湿剂在治疗特应性皮炎/干燥性湿疹中的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

Main Objective: To observe moisturizer in the prevention of atopic dermatitis / Non-Wet(sicca) Eczema; Secondary Objective: To observe moisturizers in the treatment of atopic dermatitis / Non-Wet(sicca) Eczema.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）2～80周岁，性别不限； （2）符合特应性皮炎的Williams诊断标准（附件7）或干燥性湿疹诊断标准；（3）SCORAD积分＜30；（4）试验开始前受试者必须签署知情同意书，未满18周岁者，由监护人代签。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Males and females aged between 2 and 80 years;
(2) Atopic Dermatitis/Non-Wet(sicca) Eczema defined by the Diagnostic criteria;
(3) SCORAD<30;
(4) Provide written informed consent and Willing and able to comply with all aspects of the protocol. If Under 18 years old, informed consent will be written by the legal guardian.

排除标准：

（1）需要系统用药控制疾病者；（2）患者皮损部位伴发其他疾病而可能影响疗效判断者；（3）4周内曾接受过全身生物制剂治疗；
（4）4周内曾接受过紫外线治疗者；（5）研究期间计划使用可能影响疗效评价的药物，如糖皮质激素、抗生素、免疫抑制剂、免疫调节剂等；（6）已知或疑似对研究药物组成成分过敏者；（7）合并严重肝肾、心肺等疾病者；（8）孕妇或哺乳期妇女；（9）研究者认为不适宜参加本试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Requires the system medication to control the disease;
(2) Patients with skin lesions associated with other diseases that may affect the curative effect judgment;
(3) Systemic biologic therapies within 4 weeks prior to randomization;
(4) Ultraviolet therapy within 4 weeks prior to randomization;
(5) Plan to use the following drugs, such as corticosteroids, antibiotics, immunosuppressants, immunomodulators agents, which may affect the efficacy evaluation during the study period;
(6) patients who are allergic to any ingredient of the drug to be studied;
(7) Pregnant or lactating females;
(8) Any other situations not suitable for this study determined by the investigators.
