研究目的：

本课题拟在孕早期即开始进行胎儿心脏结构筛查，结合中孕早期进行复检，联合分子检测技术对胎儿先心病进行早期诊断，使胎儿先心病诊断的时间节点提前。  

Objectives of Study：

Fetal heart structure screening was carried out in the early stage of pregnancy, and reexamination in the early stage of the second trimester. Combined with molecular detection technology, fetal congenital heart disease was diagnosed early, so that the time node of fetal congenital heart disease diagnosis can be advanced.

纳入标准：

有CHD高危因素胎儿：孕妇高龄（≥35岁）、孕早期有感染史、胎儿NT增厚、前胎为CHD胎儿、IVF妊娠等。

Inclusion criteria

Fetuses with high risk factors of CHD: maternal old age (>=35 years old), history of infection in the first trimester, fetal NT thickening, CHD fetus in the front, IVF pregnancy, etc.

排除标准：

病历资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

Incomplete medical records.
