研究目的：

研究的目的是了解中国CPP患者诊断、治疗及长期随访管理的真实世界的情况。 1. 主要研究目的 1) 安全性 - 病历中医生报告的在GnRHa类药物治疗期间和之后出现的不良事件（AE）和严重不良事件（SAE）（例如任何注射部位反应的发生率） 2) 有效性 - GnRHa类药物治疗期间和之后，Tanner 分期后退或无进展 2. 次要研究目的 1) GnRHa类药物治疗期间和之后，LH 和FSH 抑制至青春期前水平。 2) GnRHa类药物治疗期间和之后，雌二醇或睾酮水平抑制至青春期前水平。 3) GnRHa类药物治疗期间，骨龄与实际年龄比值（BA/CA 比值）降低。 3. 其他结局 1) GnRHa类药物治疗期间和之后，预测成年身高增加。 2) GnRHa类药物治疗期间和之后，标准实验室检查值相对于基线的变化。 3) GnRHa类药物治疗期间和之后，多囊卵巢综合征的发生率。 4. 评估对生殖的长期影响，包括以下结局变量： 1）月经周期（女性） 2）盆腔B超（女）睾丸B超（男） 3）性征检查 4）激素测量值 5）β-HCG（女性） 6）妊娠 5. Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to understand the real world situation of diagnosis, treatment and long-term follow-up management of CPP patients in China. 1. Main study purposes 1) Safety - adverse events (AE) and serious adverse events (SAE) reported by medical records during and after GnRHa treatment (e.g. incidence of any injection site reaction) 2) Effectiveness - Tanner staging regressed or did not progress during and after GnRHa therapy 2. Secondary study purposes 1) During and after GnRHa treatment, LH and FSH were inhibited to pre puberty levels. 2) During and after GnRHa treatment, estradiol or testosterone levels were suppressed to pre puberty levels. 3) The ratio of bone age to actual age (BA / CA) decreased during GnRHa treatment. 3. Other outcomes 1) Growth in adult height was predicted during and after GnRHa treatment. 2) Changes in standard laboratory test values relative to baseline during and after GnRHa treatment. 3) Incidence of polycystic ovary syndrome during and after GnRHa treatment. 4. Evaluate the long-term effects on reproduction, including the following outcome variables: 1) Menstrual cycle (female) 2) Pelvic ultrasound (female) testicular ultrasound (male) 3) Sexual examination 4) Hormone measurements 5) β - hCG (female) 6) Pregnancy 5. Changes in bone mineral density (BMD) compared with baseline during and after GnRHa therapy. 6. Changes in body mass index (BMI) from baseline during and after GnRHa treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

GnRHa类药物 治疗方案：遵循2015版中国CPP 诊断治疗共识推荐方案

GnRHa drugs Treatment plan: follow the 2015 Chinese CPP consensus on diagnosis and treatment  

纳入标准：

性早熟组入选标准：性早熟组指女孩在8岁前，男孩在9岁前呈现第二性征。健康儿童入选标准：1~6年级儿童，排除有性早熟、肝病、肾病、先天性心脏病、遗传代谢性疾病等基础疾病的儿童，所有入组患儿签署知情同意书。
CPP诊断标准：
(1)第二性征提前出现：女孩8岁前，男孩9岁前出现第二性征发育。以女孩出现乳房结节，男孩睾丸容积增大为首发表现。
(2)线性生长加速：年生长速率高于正常儿童。
(3)骨龄超前：骨龄超过实际年龄1岁或1岁以上。
(4)性腺增大：盆腔B超显示女孩子宫、卵巢容积增大，且卵巢内可见多个直径>4 mm的卵泡；男孩睾丸容积≥4 ml。
(5)HPGA功能启动，血清促性腺激素及性激素达青春期水平。（符合2015版《中枢性性早熟诊断与治疗共识》诊断标准）

Inclusion criteria

PP groups inclusion criterion is the appearance of secondary sexual characteristics before the age of 8 for girls and 9 for boys. The informed consent must be granted by all the participants and their guardian(s) Healthy pediatric population will also be enrolled to this Study, where its inclusion criterion will be healthy aged 6 to 12 patients without CPP, hepatopathy, nephropathy, congenital heart disease, and hereditary metabolic diseases. The informed consent must also be granted by these healthy participants and their guardian(s). Diagnosis of CPP The diagnosis for CPP used in this study will follow the following parameters:
1) The appearance of secondary sexual characteristics before the age of 8 for girls and 9 for boys, characterized by breast nodules in girls and increased testicular volume in boys;
2) Accelerated growth, much quicker than normal children;
3) Advanced bone age, one year or more prior to their actual age;
4) Enlarged gonads: Ultrasound examination of pelvis showing increase in uterine and ovarian volumes and multiple follicles with the diameter > 4mm for girls, or testicular volume >=4ml for boys;
5) Activation of HPGA function; serum gonadotropin and sex hormones reaching the levels of puberty. (Meeting the criterion set in the 2015 year version of The Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Central Precocious Puberty).

排除标准：

排除因肿瘤、外源性因素、CAH以及Mccune-Albright综合征等已明确病因的性早熟，排除有肝病、肾病、先天性心脏病、遗传代谢性疾病等基础疾病的儿童

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with peripheral PP due to tumors, exogenous factors, CAH, and Mccune-Albright syndrome, hepatopathy, nephropathy, congenital heart disease, and hereditary metabolic diseases will be excluded.
