研究目的：

比较使用大剂量糖皮质激素，大剂量糖皮质激素联合静脉注射免疫球蛋白（IVIG）治疗重症药疹（SJS/TEN）的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the efficacy and safety of high-dosage corticosteroids and high-dosage glucocorticoid plus intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) in treatment of severe drug eruption (SJS / TEN).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）18～65周岁，性别不限； （2）确诊为重症药疹（SJS/TEN）（参见赵辨主编的《中国临床皮肤病学》第751页）；（3）育龄女性患者在入选本试验前尿妊娠试验结果必须为阴性，所有患者必须同意采取避孕措施；（4）自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Males and females aged between 18 and 65 years of age; (2) Diagnosed with severe drug eruption (SJS / TEN) (see "China Clinical Dermatology" on page 751); (3) When the female patients of childbearing age were enrolled in the trial, their urine pregnancy test must be negative, all patients must agree to take contraceptive measures; (4) Provide written informed consent and Willing and able to comply with all aspects of the protocol.

排除标准：

1）1周内曾接受糖皮质激素系统治疗，治疗剂量＞0.5 mg/kg/d者；（2）患神经精神疾病及严重内分泌疾病者；（3）皮肤伴发其他皮肤损害而可能影响疗效判断者：病毒感染、真菌感染、细菌感染、与梅毒或肺结核相关的皮肤表现。（4）已知或疑似对研究药物组成成分过敏者；（5）合并病毒感染性肝病，或严重心脏疾病，或严重高血压病，或伴发胃肠道出血的危及生命患者；（6）孕妇或哺乳期妇女；（7）研究者判断不适合参加本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Any systemic corticosteroids therapeutic dosage> 0.5mg/kg/d within 1 weeks prior to randomisation; (2) Suffering from severe neuropsychiatric diseases and endocrine diseases; (3) Associated with other cutaneous manifestations that may affect the efficacy judgments by: viral infections, fungal infections, bacterial infections, syphilis or tuberculosis; (4) patients who are allergic to any ingredient of the drug to be studied; (5) Combined viral infectious liver disease, or severe heart disease, or severe hypertension, or associated with life-threatening gastrointestinal bleeding patients; (6) Pregnant or lactating females; (7) Any other situations not suitable for this study determined by the investigators.
