研究目的：

本临床试验将二甲双胍联合吡柔比星应用于非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者，考察二甲双胍能否对吡柔比星起到增效、降低毒副作用的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This clinical trial will investigate whether metformin synergizes with pirarubicin and reduce its toxic side effects in non-muscle invasive bladder cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

经我院泌尿外科实施膀胱肿瘤电切术后或膀胱部分切除术后且病理证实为非肌层浸润性膀胱移行细胞癌（Ta，T1），共20人，患者随机分为两组（实验组和对照组）。两组患者年龄、性别、吸烟史、肿瘤的大小、肿瘤数目、手术方式、病理分级分期无显著性差异。
年龄范围： 18-75岁
性别： 男女均可
手术方式： 膀胱肿瘤电切术后或膀胱部分切除术后病人
病理分期： Ta或T1
复发风险：中危

Inclusion criteria

20 patients undergo bladder tumor resection or partial cystectomy and pathologically confirm non-muscle invasive transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder (Ta, T1) by the Department of Urology. They are randomly divided into two groups (experimental group and control group). There is no significant difference between the two groups of patients in age, gender, smoking history, tumor size, tumor number, surgical method, pathological grade and staging.
Age range: 18-75 years old.
Gender: Both men and women.
Surgical method: patients with bladder tumor resection or partial cystectomy.
Pathological staging: Ta or T1.
Risk of recurrence: intermediate risk.

排除标准：

1.对吡柔比星和二甲双胍过敏者；
2.既往有其他系统肿瘤，并行足量蒽环霉素及放化疗者；
3.有难以控制的泌尿道感染者，对膀胱灌注治疗难以耐受者；
4.有严重的全身疾病或慢性消耗疾病(糖尿病、心血管疾患以及肝肾功能不全者等)；
5.电切术后膀胱壁穿孔患者；
6.术后病理诊断为浸润性膀胱癌或其他类型肿瘤患者；
7. 哺乳或怀孕的患者；
8. 参加其他药物临床试验者；
9. 研究者认为不适宜人选的其他情况(如精神疾患等)；
10. 既往服用二甲双胍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are allergic to Pirarubicin and Metformin;
2. Patients who have previous tumors of other systems, concurrently with sufficient anthracycline and anti-cancer therapy (radiotherapy, chemotherapy, et al);
3. Patients who have uncontrollable urinary tract infections and cannot tolerate bladder perfusion therapy;
4.Severe systemic diseases or chronic wasting diseases (diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.);
5. Patients with bladder wall perforation after resection;
6. Patients with postoperative pathological diagnosis of invasive bladder cancer or other types of tumors;
7. Patients who are breastfeeding or pregnant;
8. Participants in clinical trials of other drugs;
9. Other conditions that the researcher considers inappropriate (such as mental illness, etc.);
10. Patients who have previously taken metformin.
