研究目的：

1、构建适于MCI人群的创新表达认知干预模式的网络平台 2、评价基于移动网络平台的创新表达认知干预模式的治疗  

Objectives of Study：

1. Build a network platform for innovative expression of cognitive intervention mode suitable for MCI population 2. Evaluate the treatment of innovative cognitive intervention mode of expression based on mobile network platform

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄60岁以上，患者主诉过去 1年内存在认知减退(以记忆力下降为最显著表现); 存在一个或多个认知功能领域损害的客观证据(以认知测验为依据); 听力和视力水平正常且愿意配 合研究;不符合2013年精神疾病诊断与统计手册第五版中痴呆的诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

Age aboved 60 year;memory/cognitive complaint reported by the patient or a caregiver within past year; clinical record of probable MCI according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th Edition (DSM-IV); objective cognitive impairment in one or more domains as revealed by neuropsychological assessments; and normal personal self- care and daily living ability.

排除标准：

1)已知精神性疾病造成的认知功能损害；2）临床诊断判定为焦虑、抑郁患者；3）有脑损伤，精神类物质使用史或认知损失相关的并发症；4）因服用药物引起的认知功能或听力、视力、语言交流等功能性，可能会影响到项目的评估和实施的患者.

Exclusion criteria：

1) known psychiatric cause of cognitive dysfunction; clinical diagnosis of depression or anxiety;
2) history of brain lesion; psychoactive substance abuse;
3) comorbid medical records associated with cognitive functional decline;
4) taking medications with significant impacts on cognitive function or influence on hearing, vision, or communication that may affect participation in the program or assessments.
