研究目的：

全内镜技术被认为是具有手术优势、快速康复和预防不稳定的标准组织保留方法。介绍了全内镜技术和单侧小管入路双侧椎板切开术治疗腰椎管狭窄症(LSS)。然而，对于适当的手术治疗选择有很大的不确定性。  

Objectives of Study：

Full-endoscopic technique is considered to be the standard tissue sparing approach for surgical advantages, rapid rehabilitation, and instability prevention. Full-endoscopic techniques and microsurgry were introduced to treat lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS). However,there is much uncertainty about the appropriate operative treatment options.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)根据临床病史、体格检查及CT、MRI等影像学检查对LSS合并椎间盘突出的诊断;
(2)诊断为椎间盘突出的患者;
(3)以间歇性跛行伴下肢疼痛、麻木、步态障碍、背部疼痛、括约肌功能障碍为主要特征的临床综合征;
(4)保守治疗(药物或物理治疗)三个月失败;
(5)患者临床资料充足，随访12个月以上。

Inclusion criteria

(1) A diagnosis of LSS combined with disc herniation based on clinical history, physical examination and imaging studies such as CT or MRI;
(2) patients who were diagnosed with disc herniation;
(3) clinical syndrome predominantly characterized by intermittent claudication with lower extremity pain, numbness, gait disturbance, dorsal pain, and sphincter dysfunction;
(4) failure of three month conservative therapy (medications or physical therapy) and
(5) patients clinical data were sufficient, with more than twelve month follow-up.

排除标准：

感染，炎症，肿瘤，脊柱手术史

Exclusion criteria：

Infection, inflammation, tumor, history of spinal surgery.
