研究目的：

测量腋动脉长度及管径，及其与锁骨中线、肩胛骨、喙突下缘以及体表的距离，对其各分支起源、分型和出现率进行观察、测量及分析，以指导交界部止血装置快速定位腋动脉实施精准压迫。同时为腋动脉在活体解剖学上的相关研究提供影像学数据。  

Objectives of Study：

The length and diameter of the axillary artery were measured, as well as the distance from the midline of the clavicle, the scapula, the lower margin of the coracoid process and the body surface. The origin, type and occurrence rate of each branch were observed, measured and analyzed, so as to guide the hemostatic device at the junction to rapidly locate the axillary artery and implement accurate compression.At the same time, it provides imaging data for the relevant studies on the axillary artery in vivo.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18岁-65岁，上肢带骨、肋骨发育正常，既往无锁骨、肋骨、肩胛骨及肱骨头骨折，无严重肩部软组织损伤、支架置入等病史。

Inclusion criteria

18 to 65 years old, upper limb with bone and rib development normal, no previous clavicle, rib, scapula and humerus head fractures, no history of severe shoulder soft tissue injury, stent placement, etc.

排除标准：

静脉伪影、腋动脉显影不佳、体位不当（主动内收或耸肩）、异物遮挡或体位不当导致阅片困难者。

Exclusion criteria：

Venous artifact, poor development of axillary artery, improper position (active adduction or shoulder hunch), foreign body occlusion or improper position lead to difficulty in reading.
