研究目的：

观察KOA伴CVD风险患者和不伴CVD风险患者的活动量和下肢生物力学特征的区别（时空参数、运动学、动力学、肌肉疲劳程度等）。  

Objectives of Study：

The differences in activity and lower limb biomechanical characteristics (temporal and spatial parameters, kinematics, dynamics, degree of muscle fatigue, etc.) were observed between KOA patients with and without CVD risk.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. KOA患者： ①符合膝骨性关节炎诊断标准。 ②影像学诊断膝关节骨赘形成。 ③影像学诊断膝关节内侧间室骨赘形成年龄38～80岁。 ④Kellgren/Lawrence(K/L)标肯定关节间隙狭窄、硬化和可能骨端变形。 ⑤自愿参加，并签署知情同意书者。 2. 无KOA症状者： ①经临床医生诊断，无膝骨性关节炎症状及诊断者。 ②年龄50-80岁。③自愿参加，并签署知情同意书者。符合以上标准者，可纳入研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. KOA patients: Meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis.Imaging diagnosis of osteophyte formation of knee joint.(3) Imaging diagnosis of osteophyte formation in medial compartment of knee joint was 38 ~ 80 years old.Kellgren/Lawrence(K/L) label confirmed the joint space narrowing, hardening and possible bone end deformation.Those who voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.2. No SYMPTOMS of KOA: No symptoms and diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis diagnosed by a clinician.Age 50-80 years old.(3) those who voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.Those who meet the above criteria can be included in the study.

排除标准：

（1）各种急性、感染性、传染性疾病，内脏功能不全者。
（2）其他神经系统或肌肉骨骼系统的疾病影响步态者，如中风等神经源性关节病变，骨折、类风湿性关节炎等患者。
（3）Kellgren/Lawrence(K/L)分级为0 级正常；1 级，可疑关节间隙狭窄和可能唇状增生；或4 级，大骨赘，明显关节间隙狭窄、严重硬化和肯定骨端变形者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) All kinds of acute, infectious, infectious diseases, viscera insufficiency.
(2) Patients with other diseases of the nervous system or musculoskeletal system that affect their gait, such as neurogenic arthropathy such as stroke, fracture, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.
(3) Kellgren/Lawrence(K/L) rating was 0 and normal;Grade 1, suspected joint space stenosis and possible labial hyperplasia;Grade 4, large osteophyte, obvious articular space narrowing, severe sclerosis and definite bone end deformation.
