研究目的:

高浓缩生长因子(CGF)联合光生物调节法(PBMT)诱导龈乳头再生的临床疗效观察。  

Objectives of Study:

Observation of the clinical efficacy of highly concentrated growth factor (CGF) combined with photobiomodulation (PBMT) in inducing gingival papilla regeneration.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

计划纳入西安交通大学口腔医院就诊的“黑三角”患者15人,需行龈乳头重建的治疗位点90个。
①18岁-60岁男/女性,无系统性疾病,口内至少一个位点存在Norland&Tarnow Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类龈乳头缺失,无系统性疾病。
②试验区域PD≤3mm。
③治疗区域无明显红肿。
④近3个月内无服药史。
⑤无前牙区外伤史,牙齿无明显扭转、错位。
⑥患者知情同意,自愿接受治疗。

Inclusion criteria

It is planned to include 15 "Black Triangle" patients in Xi'an Jiaotong University Stomatological Hospital, and 90 treatment sites requiring gingival papilla reconstruction.
①18-60 year-old male/female, no systemic disease, Norland & Tarnow Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ gingival papilla loss at at least one site in the mouth, no systemic disease.
②Test area PD≤3mm.
③There is no obvious redness and swelling in the treatment area.
④ No medication history in the past 3 months.
⑤ There is no history of trauma in the anterior tooth area, and there is no obvious torsion or dislocation of the teeth.
⑥The patient has informed consent and voluntarily accepts treatment.

排除标准:

①有全身系统性疾病者,如半年内曾急性发作的心脏病;血液病;
病情未控制的高血压、糖尿病以及传染病。
②牙周基础治疗后,菌斑控制不良,未养成良好的口腔卫生习惯。
③牙周炎处于活动期或患有侵袭性牙周炎。
④治疗区域的牙齿存在明显的扭转或错位。
⑤正畸治疗中。
⑥孕期,哺乳期者。
⑦有激光过敏史者。
⑧近期服用抗凝药者。

Exclusion criteria:

①Patients with systemic diseases, such as acute heart attacks within six months; blood diseases;
Uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, and infectious diseases.
②After basic periodontal treatment, plaque control is not good, and good oral hygiene habits are not developed.
③ Periodontitis is active or suffering from aggressive periodontitis.
④ The teeth in the treatment area are obviously twisted or misaligned.
⑤In orthodontic treatment.
⑥ During pregnancy and lactation.
⑦Patients with a history of laser allergy.
⑧ Those who have recently taken anticoagulants.
