研究目的：

评价血必净注射液治疗重症肺炎的有效性和安全性，及其作用机制的初步探讨。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation Xuebijing injection treatment of severe pneumonia in efficacy fety, its mechanism of action discussed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

红花、赤芍、川芎、丹参、当归。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Safflower, red peony root, Salvia, Angelica. 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18且≤75周岁，男女不限；
2.体重≥40kg且≤100kg；
3.符合重症肺炎的诊断标准（依据2007IDSA/ATS诊断标准）；
4.符合全身炎症反应综合征（SIRS）的诊断标准；
5.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 75 years of age, male or female;
2. weight 40kg to 100kg;
3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for severe pneumonia (based 2007IDSA/ATS diagnostic criteria);
4. meet the temic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) diagnostic criteria;
5. signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.明确诊断重症肺炎的时间超过48小时；
2.孕妇、哺乳期妇女；
3.18-50岁的女性经检测确认已妊娠者；
4.影响生存的严重原发性疾病（如不能切除的肿瘤、血液病、脑血管疾病致长期卧床、老年痴呆和HIV等）；
5.近6个月内使用过免疫抑制剂（使用过激素，换算为甲强龙的累计总量≥1500mg，和/或使用过细胞毒性药物），或近7天内使用过以上两类药物者；
6.肺部肿瘤致阻塞性肺炎、肺间质纤维化、肺泡蛋白沉积症、过敏性肺泡炎者；
7.精神病患者；
8.过敏体质者（≥两种物质过敏）；
9.30天内参加过其他临床试验者；
10.入组前7天内使用过禁用药物者（禁用药物包括：乌司他丁，以及有清热解毒、活血化瘀等与血必净注射液类似功效的中药注射剂，包括痰热清、热毒宁等）；
11.明确诊断为严重ARDS者（参照2012年柏林定义标准）；
12.研究者判断不能完成或不宜参加本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

⒈ Diagnosis of severe pneumonia more than 48 hours;
⒉ Pregnant women, lactating women;
⒊ 18-50 year-old woman has been confirmed by the detection of pregnancy;
⒋ Seriously affect the survival of primary disease (such as unresectable tumors, blood diseases, cerebrovascular diseases caused by prolonged bed rest, Alzheimers HIV, etc.);
⒌ Nearly six months used immunosuppresnts (used hormones, converted to a cumulative total methylprednisolone≥1500mg, / or used cytotoxic drugs), or nearly 7 days or more types of drugs used;
⒍ Obstructive lung tumors induced pneumonitis, interstitial pulmonary fibrosis, alveolar proteinosis, patients with allergic alveolitis;
⒎ Psychiatric patients;
⒏ Allergic (>=two substances allergies);
⒐ Participated in other clinical trials in past 30 days;
10. Used prohibited drugs in past 7 days before enrollment (prohibited drugs include: Ulinastatin, as well as detoxification, blood circulation other Xuebijing injection with similar efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine injections, including Tanreqing,Reduning etc.);
11. Those who were diagnosed as severe ARDS (reference to 2012 Berlin Standard);
12. Investigator judgment can not be completed or is not appropriate patients to participate in the trial.
