研究目的：

通过广西地区多中心的研究，规范Septin9+FIT两种技术在早期结直肠癌筛查中的流程和方法；摸清广西地区现阶段结直肠癌发病率及特点；分析广西地区现阶段结直肠癌发病的主要相关因素；探讨通过早期结直肠癌的筛查，对广西地区降低结直肠癌发病率和死亡率管理的可行性.  

Objectives of Study：

Through multi-center research in Guangxi, standardize the procedures and methods of Septin9+FIT in early colorectal cancer screening; find out the incidence and characteristics of colorectal cancer in Guangxi; analyze colorectal cancer the main related factors of the incidence in Guangxi; explore the feasibility of reducing the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer in Guangxi through early colorectal cancer screening.

纳入标准：

符合以下①和②～③项中的任一项者纳入研究：
① 年龄 50-75 岁，男女不限；
② 粪便隐血试验（FOBT）阳性；
③ 满足以下其中一项：既往有结直肠腺瘤性息肉病史/有溃疡性结肠炎、克罗恩病病史/一级亲属有肠癌病史。

Inclusion criteria

Those who met any of the following 1-3 items were included in the study
1. Patients aged 50-75 years, both male and female;
2. Patients with positive fecal occult blood test (FOBT);
3. Patients with one of the following: previous history of colorectal adenomatous polyps / ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease / first-degree relatives with history of colorectal cancer.

排除标准：

① 既往已经明确结直肠癌病史；
② 筛查期间直肠出血或痔疮出血；
③ 筛查期间进行治疗性活检；
④ 目前诊断除结直肠癌以外癌症；
⑤ 已知有 HIV， HBV， HCV 感染。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a clear history of colorectal cancer;
2. Patients with rectal bleeding or hemorrhoids bleeding during screening;
3. Patients who underwent therapeutic biopsy during screening;
4. Patients diagnosed with cancer other than colorectal cancer;
5. Patients with known HIV, HBV and HCV infection.
