研究目的：

本研究的目的是研究麻醉深度与基于近红外光谱仪脑组织氧饱和度（ Cerebral tissue oxygen saturation, SctO 2 ）联合监测下应用七氟醚/丙泊酚配伍应用对轻度认知功能障碍老年患者（年龄 ≥ 65岁）术后认知状况及长期（ 1年）预后的影响，从而为临床轻度认知功能障碍老年患者围手术期优化麻醉管理、维护脑健康提供临床指导和依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to research depth of anesthesia and the near infrared spectrometer based on brain tissue oxygen saturation (Cerebral tissue oxygen saturation, SctO 2) joint monitoring under sevoflurane/compatibility of propofol application of mild cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients (age 65 or higher) postoperative cognitive status and the influence of long-term outcomes in both stages (1 year), thus for clinical mild cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients with perioperative anesthesia management optimization and to provide clinical guidance and basis to maintain a healthy brain.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

择期行腰椎手术的老年患者ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级；
预计手术时间 2小时到4小时；
患者年龄≥65 岁，性别不限；
患者住院时间不少于 3 天（手术日和术后 2 天）；
不存在严重的听力和视觉缺陷，有阅读能力，能够完成神经行为测试。

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA grade I ~ III in elderly patients undergoing elective lumbar surgery;
2. The estimated operation time is 2 hours to 4 hours;
3. The patient's age is more than or equal to 65 years old;
4. The hospital stay of the patients should not be less than 3 days (operation day and 2 days after operation);
5. Patients without severe hearing and visual impairment have the ability to read and complete neurobehavioral tests.

排除标准：

有痴呆、精神病学或任何中枢神经系统疾病病史者；
患有严重脑血管疾病或脑血管疾病史伴有认知功能障碍的患者；
最近服用镇静药或抗抑郁药者；
酗酒或药物依赖者；
严重肝肾功能不全患者；
既往已经参加本试验者；
临床医师综合考虑认为不适宜参与临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of dementia, psychiatry or any central nervous system disease;
2. Patients with severe cerebrovascular disease or history of cerebrovascular disease with cognitive dysfunction;
3. Patients who have recently taken sedatives or antidepressants;
4. Alcoholism or drug dependence;
5. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency;
6. Patients who have participated in this trial in the past;
7. Patients who are considered unsuitable for clinical trial by clinicians.
