In order to study the role of dietary adjustment in the management of diabetic patients,

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄20-60岁； 血糖符合糖尿病的诊断标准； 糖基化血红蛋白A1c（HbA1C）＜9％； 体重指数＜35 kg / m2； 妇女月经周期规律； 没有怀孕或哺乳或计划怀孕； 无急性疾病； 没有消化系统疾病； 没有自主神经病（例如糖尿病性胃麻痹）； 没有心脏血管疾病； 没有精神病和理解障碍； 愿意吃研究食物； 对豆类或乳胶无过敏

Inclusion criteria

age 20–60 years; Blood glucose that met diagnostic criteria for diabetes; glycosylated?hemoglobin A1c (HbA1C)＜9 %; BMI＜35 kg/m2; Women with regular menstrual cycles; not pregnant or lactating or planning a pregnancy; no acute illness; no digestive diseases; no autonomic neuropathy (e. g., diabetic stomach paralysis); no cardiac vascular disease; no psychiatric disorder and comprehension impairment; willing to eat study foods; no allergy to beans or latex

排除标准：

怀孕或哺乳或计划怀孕；急性疾病；有消化系统疾病； 有自主神经病（例如糖尿病性胃麻痹）； 有心脏血管疾病； 有精神病和理解障碍； 不愿意吃研究食物； 对豆类或乳胶过敏

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnancy or breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant; acute illness; digestive system disease; autonomic neuropathy (such as diabetic gastroplegia); cardiovascular disease; mental illness and comprehension disorders; reluctance to eat research food; allergic to beans or latex
