研究目的：

（1）胎儿侧脑室扩张结局是否与性别有关； （2）是否与诊断的孕周有关； （3）是否与扩张的宽度有关； （4）是否与单双侧，宫内转归有关； （5）出生后脑室持续扩张，或影像学表明出现脑畸形，它是否与侧脑室扩张及神经系统的结果有关？结 果如何？从而更好地为产前咨询和临床处理提供指导和依据  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Whether the outcome of fetal lateral ventriculomegaly is related to gender;(2) Whether it is related to the gestational age diagnosed;(3) Whether it is related to the width of expansion;(4) Whether it is related to unilateral and bilateral intrauterine outcome;(5) Continuous ventricular dilatation after birth, or imaging indicates cerebral malformation, is it related to the results of ventriculomegaly and nervous system?What's the result?So as to better provide guidance and basis for prenatal consultation and clinical treatment

纳入标准：

产前超声提示胎儿侧脑室扩张者

Inclusion criteria

Prenatal ultrasound indicated fetal ventriculomegaly

排除标准：

（1）神经系统发育异常家族史
（2）双胎妊娠
（3）胎儿畸形
（4）产前诊断证实胎儿染色体异常
（5）同时合并其它产科合并症和并发症（如妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症）
（6）宫内感染
（7）产时并发症（如脐带脱垂、产前急性失血）
（8）产后?3?个月否定妊娠期高血压疾病诊断者
（9）放弃胎儿终止妊娠者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Family history of abnormal neurological development;
(2) Twin pregnancy;
(3) Fetal malformation;
(4) Prenatal diagnosis confirmed fetal chromosomal abnormalities;
(5) Other obstetric complications and complications (such as gestational diabetes mellitus, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy);
(6) Intrauterine infection;
(7) Complications during childbirth (such as umbilical cord prolapse, prenatal acute blood loss);
(8) Deny the diagnosis of hypertension in pregnancy 3 months after delivery;
(9) abort the fetus or terminate pregnancy.
