研究目的：

进行前瞻性研究，进一步评价俯卧位通气治疗对术后ARDS高风险患者的疗效，及明确是否可以减少术后呼吸衰竭再发生率，希望能为临床治疗及后续研究提供相关临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To further evaluate the efficacy of prone position ventilation in patients with high-risk ARDS after surgery, and to determine whether it can reduce the recurrence rate of postoperative respiratory failure, hoping to provide relevant clinical basis for clinical treatment and follow-up research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1．术后ARDS高风险患者；
2．患者的ARDS符合柏林定义 (氧合标准:PaO 2 /FiO 2 <300 mmHg, PEEP或CPAP≥5 cmH2O)，腹部手术在最近(少于7天)；
3．签署知情同意书?；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with high risk of ARDS after operation;
2. The ARDS of the patient met the Berlin definition (oxygenation criteria: PaO 2 / FIO 2 < 300 mmHg, peep or CPAP ≥ 5 cmH2O), and abdominal surgery was performed in the latest (less than 7 days);
3. Patients with informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 存在实施俯卧位通气的禁忌证：高颅压，腹内压增高，脊柱或骨盆骨折，存在恶性心律失常，血流动力学不稳定。
2. 治疗期间因其他意外因素（非疾病导致）所引的死亡；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with contraindications of prone position ventilation: high intracranial pressure, increased intra-abdominal pressure, spinal or pelvic fractures, malignant arrhythmia, hemodynamic instability.
2. Patients died due to other unexpected factors (not caused by disease) during treatment.
