研究目的：

（1）探究经络拍打操对养老机构衰弱老年人的的干预效果。 （2）探究养老机构衰弱老年人坚持经络拍打操锻炼的促成因素和阻碍因素。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the intervention effect of meridian beating operation on the frailty elderly in nursing homes. (2) To explore the contributing factors and hindering factors of persisting meridian beating of the frailty elderly in nursing homes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）Tilburg衰弱量表得分≥5分；
（2）年龄≥60岁；
（3）入住养老院时间≥6个月；
（4）肢体健康能够参加运动锻炼；
（5）告知相关注意事项后自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

（1）Tilburg frailty scale score ≥5 points;
（2）Age ≥60 years old;
（3）Staying in the nursing home for more than 6 months;
（4）Those who can participate in sports and exercise;
（5）Signing informed consent and voluntary participate the study.

排除标准：

（1）1年内或者正在规律参加广场舞、太极拳、瑜伽等其他运动者；
（2）合并严重骨关节病、心律失常等疾病不适宜进行运动者；
（3）伴有意识障碍、语言功能障碍、失聪、失明者；
（4）伴有重大躯体疾病者或慢性疾病急性发作期者。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）Those who have participated in square dance, Taijiquan, yoga and other sports regularly within 1 year;
（2）Persons with severe osteoarthropathy, arrhythmia and other diseases are not suitable for exercise;
（3）Persons with consciousness disorder, language dysfunction, deafness or blindness;
（4）Persons with major physical diseases or acute onset of chronic diseases.
