研究目的：

观察麻醉废气七氟醚对手术室工作人员外周血淋巴细胞凋亡、细胞周期、淋巴细胞亚群分析及免疫球蛋白定量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of sevoflurane on apoptosis, cell cycle, lymphocyte subsets analysis and immunoglobulin quantification of peripheral blood lymphocytes of operating room staff in operating room.

纳入标准：

身体健康无系统性基础疾病，且无吸烟饮酒等不良嗜好

Inclusion criteria

in good health, there was no systemic underlying disease, and no adverse addictions such as smoking and drinking

排除标准：

孕妇、患有慢性传染病或炎症的人、使用治疗性药物、维生素和/或抗氧化补充剂的参与者、最近暴露于辐射(六个月内)的人、有血液疾病病史或家族史的人都被排除在研究之外

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women, people with chronic infectious diseases or inflammation, participants using therapeutic drugs, vitamins and/or antioxidant supplements and those who had recently been exposed to radiation (within six month), and those who had medical or family history of blood diseases were excluded from the study
