比较骼瑞和Bio-osseo骨粉两种不同骨粉在上颌窦外提升中成骨效果的差别  

Objectives of Study：

compare the bone formation effect difference between Megreen? and Bio-Oss? branded graft in maxillary sinus elevation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患者年龄18岁或以上；
（2）在上颌后牙区行上颌窦外提升并植骨后植入种植体；
（3）患者签署书面知情同意书；
（4）无上颌窦囊肿或活动性鼻窦炎迹象。

Inclusion criteria

(1) ages >=18 years;
(2) received dental implant placement in the maxillary posterior region after maxillary sinus floor elevation by lateral window approach with bone grafts;
(3) sign written informed consent;
(4) no signs of maxillary sinus cyst or active sinusitis.

排除标准：

（1）一般种植手术禁忌证；
（2）未控制的糖尿病；
（3）任何免疫抑制迹象；
（4）曾接受头颈部放射治疗；
（5）过去或目前用双磷酸盐药物治疗；
（6）药物滥用；
（7）夜磨牙；
（8）牙周炎的迹象；
（9）每天吸烟超过10支；
（10）口腔卫生差；
（11）精神障碍；
（12）无法完成1年的随访。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) contraindication of general implantation operation;
(2) uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or other systemic disorders as contraindications to implant surgeries;
(3) any signs of immunosuppression;
(4) history of radiation therapy of the cervicocephalic region;
(5) Use of bisphosphonate for treatment of osteoporosis;
(6) substance abuse;
(7) sleep bruxism;
(8) untreated periodontal disease, endodontic lesions or other oral disorders;
(9) heavy smoking;
(10) poor oral hygiene;
(11) mental disorder;
(12) lack of compliance.
