比较骼瑞和Bio-osseo骨粉两种不同骨粉在上颌窦外提升中成骨效果的差别  

Objectives of Study：

compare the bone formation effect difference between Megreen? and Bio-Oss? branded graft in maxillary sinus elevation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患者年龄18岁或以上；
（2）在上颌后牙区行上颌窦外提升并植骨后植入种植体；
（3）患者签署书面知情同意书；
（4）无上颌窦囊肿或活动性鼻窦炎迹象。

Inclusion criteria

(1) ages >=18 years;
(2) received dental implant placement in the maxillary posterior region after maxillary sinus floor elevation by lateral window approach with bone grafts;
(3) sign written informed consent;
(4) no signs of maxillary sinus cyst or active sinusitis.

排除标准：

（1）一般种植手术禁忌证；（2）未控制的糖尿病；（3）任何免疫抑制迹象；（4）曾接受头颈部放射治疗；（5）过去或目前用双磷酸盐药物治疗；（6）药物滥用；（7）夜磨牙；（8）牙周炎的迹象；（9）每天吸烟超过10支；（10）口腔卫生差；（11）精神障碍；（12）无法完成1年的随访。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) contraindication of general implantation operation, (2) uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or other systemic disorders as contraindications to implant surgeries, (3) any signs of immunosuppression, (4) history of radiation therapy of the cervicocephalic region, (5) Use of bisphosphonate for treatment of osteoporosis, (6) substance abuse, (7) sleep bruxism, (8) untreated periodontal disease, endodontic lesions or other oral disorders, (9) heavy smoking, (10) poor oral hygiene, (11) mental disorder, (12) lack of compliance.
