研究目的：

探讨护士主导的导航服务方案对肺结核患者健康促进行为的干预效果，为肺结核患者临床健康管理和干预提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of the trial is to explore the effectiveness of a nurse-lead navigation program on health-promotion behavior in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Findings of the trial will provide evidence for health management and intervention in pulmonary tuberculosis patients populations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、首次确诊肺结核患者；
2、年龄≥18岁；
3、在目标医院就诊，具备随访条件；
4、知情同意、读写能力无障碍。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were first diagnosed;
2. Patients with age >= 18 years old;
3. Patients with follow-up conditions in the target hospital;
4. Informed consent, reading and writing ability of patients without impairment.

排除标准：

1、耐药结核病患者；
2、合并其他严重疾病或存在严重脏器损伤的患者；
3、存在精神异常或心理疾病史的患者；
4、半年内参与过其他类似研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Drug resistant tuberculosis patients;
2. Patients with other serious diseases or severe organ injury;
3. Patients with a history of mental disorders or mental illness;
4. Patients who participated in other similar studies within half a year.

在内蒙古第四医院中，方便抽取86名患者并按计算机产生的随机数字表分配到干预组和对照组（每组43例患者）。

A total of 86 patients will be selected from the hosptial in Inner Mongolia Fourth Hosptial by convenience sampling and allocted to the intervention and control arm (43 patients in each group).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

所有资料采用纸质问卷收集，每一位纳入的患者具有唯一的ID号码。资料由课题组专人负责管理，每日核查。采用Epidata 软件建立数据库；数据由专人双人录入，不同之处由第三位数据管理员核实。电子数据库建立完成后，所有资料均做加密，由数据管理员采用密码控制对数据的访问并作每日备份。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All quantitative data will be colleced using paper questionnaires with unique ID numbers for each recruited patient. Data will be stored at the research team office at the end of each day. daily checking of data will be carried out by the research coordinator, with queries identified and resolved promptly. a database will be build using Epidata; double entry and checking will be performed by an assigned data entry team. Discrepancies will be resolved by a third data manager. once in an electronic file, all data will be password protected, with data managers controlling access to passwords and ensuring the database is backed up daily.
