研究目的：

评估长蛇灸疗法干预强直性脊柱炎患者的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of long-snake moxibustion therapy on patients with Ankylosing spondylitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合 AS 西医诊断标准；
②年龄在 18-50 岁之间；
③自愿参加临床研究并签署知情同意书；
④病情处于活动期；强直性脊柱炎疾病活动性指数（BASDAI）≥4，脊柱痛评分（采用视觉模拟评分法，即 VAS 评分法）≥4.

Inclusion criteria

①patients who met the diagnostic criteria of AS;
②Age between 18-50 years old;
③Voluntarily participate in clinical research and sign informed consent;
④The condition is in the active stage; ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index (BASDAI) ≥4,Spinal pain score (using visual analogue scoring method, namely VAS scoring method) ≥ 4.

排除标准：

①妊娠哺乳期患者；
②疾病晚期关节崎形、脊柱强直，功能严重障碍患者；
③存在急性并发症需使用糖皮质激素治疗者；
④合并有其他严重原发性疾病患者、精神病、老年痴呆患者；
⑤伴有消化性溃疡患者；
⑥1个月内曾行非甾体抗炎药（NSAIDs）、缓解疾病的抗风湿药物（DMARDs）或生物制剂的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients during pregnancy and lactation;
②Patients with joints, rigid spine and severe dysfunction;
③Patients with acute complications requiring glucocorticoid therapy;
④ Patients with other serious primary diseases and patients with mental illness and Alzheimer's disease;
⑤Patients with peptic ulcer;
⑥Patients who have been treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), disease-relieving anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs) or biological agents within 1 month.
