研究目的：

探索减肥术后1月患者血清维生素B12水平升高的原因。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the causes of serum vitamin B12 level increase one month after bariatric surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）身体质量指数≥27.5kg/m2并且进行减重手术的患者；
（2）年龄16~70岁；
（3）理解并自愿参与该研究的患者；
（4）通过相关伦理委员会审查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with body mass index >= 27.5kg/m2 and undergoing weight reduction surgery;
2. Patients aged 16-70 years;
3. Patients who understand and voluntarily participate in the study;
4. Patients who have passed the review of relevant ethics committee.

排除标准：

（1）内分泌失调引起的继发性肥胖；
（2）有恶性肿瘤史；
（3）严重的肝脏疾病或肾脏功能衰竭；
（4）术前使用过糖皮质激素等药物；
（5）术后需服用抗癫痫药物、二甲双胍、组胺H2受体抑制剂等影响维生素B12水平药物的患者；
（6）有难以控制的精神疾病；
（7）听力、理解、认知能力不足以完成随访的患者；
（8）其他原因影响维生素B12代谢；
（9）术后失访患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with secondary obesity caused by endocrine disorders;
2. Patients with a history of malignant tumor;
3. Patients with severe liver disease or renal failure;
4. Patients who had used glucocorticoid and other drugs before operation;
5. Patients who need to take antiepileptic drugs, metformin, histamine H2 receptor inhibitors and other drugs that affect vitamin B12 level after surgery;
6. Patients with uncontrollable mental illness;
7. Patients whose hearing, understanding and cognitive abilities are not enough to complete the follow-up;
8. Patients whose vitamin B12 metabolism is affected by other reasons;
9. Patients who lost follow-up.
