研究目的：

1、评价单眼发生感染性角膜炎患者的对侧眼角膜上皮细胞、角膜神经、树突状细胞及内皮细胞的临床改变 2、讨论单眼发生感染性角膜炎时，观察对侧眼出现的改变可否辅助诊断感染性角膜炎 3、探索不同病原体患者单眼发生感染性角膜炎时，对侧未感染眼是否会发生与神经纤维分布及免疫系统失调相关的对称性改变 4、讨论不同病原体感染导致角膜炎时，对侧眼的变化是否与疾病早期阶段发生的免疫反应一致。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the clinical changes of corneal epithelial cells, corneal nerve, dendritic cells and endothelial cells in the contralateral eye of patients with infectious keratitis 2. To discuss whether the changes in the contralateral eye can assist the diagnosis of infectious keratitis 3. To explore whether symmetrical changes related to nerve fiber distribution and immune system disorders will occur in the contralateral unaffected eye when infectious keratitis with different pathogens 4. To discuss whether the changes in the contralateral eye are consistent with the immune response in the early stages of the disease when different pathogen infections lead to keratitis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、病毒性角膜炎：首次就诊有单疱病毒典型角膜炎症状及眼部体征，如树突状或地图状浸润或溃疡、末端扩张、荧光素钠染色阳性、基质盘状水肿。角膜刮片涂片检查细菌和真菌阴性，IVCM检查真菌菌丝和阿米巴包囊阴性以及全身和局部抗病毒药物治疗有效
2、细菌性角膜炎：首次发现有细菌性角膜炎典型症状并试诊为单眼细菌性角膜炎，行角膜刮片涂片、培养
3、真菌性角膜炎：首次发现有典型真菌性角膜炎症状并试诊为单眼真菌性角膜炎，行角膜刮片涂片、培养、IVCM检查观察到菌丝确诊为真菌性角膜炎的患者

Inclusion criteria

We performed a prospective, cross-sectional, controlled, single-blinded study. Thirty eyes of 30 normal volunteers constituted the control group after being screened and ruled out for dry eye disease or any other corneal pathology.Ninety patients with diagnosis of unilateral VK,BK and FK with ocular involvement were recruited between 2018 and 2019 from the Eye Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, Harbin, China.

排除标准：

①除外双眼同时起病的感染性角膜炎患者；②除外眼部外伤，眼部手术的患者；③除外3个月内角膜接触镜佩戴的患者，具有神经损伤变化的神经系统疾病；④除外全身疾病，如糖尿病、高血压、风湿病及其他患者；⑤除外青光眼等具有角膜内皮细胞损害的疾病患者； ⑥其他眼表疾病的患者等。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects with a history of infectious keratitis, ocular inflammatory disease, ocular trauma, ocular surgery, contact lens use, diabetes, systemic neuropathies or immunosuppression were excluded
