Objectives of Study：

Compare the effects of two different ablation strategies in the treatment of persistent atrial fibrillation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-80岁，于南方医科大学珠江医院就诊且拟行射频消融手术治疗的持续性房颤患者。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 18-80 years old, patients with persistent atrial fibrillation who were treated at Zhujiang Hospital of Southern Medical University and planned to undergo radiofrequency ablation.

排除标准：

1.左房直径（前后径）>50mm；
2. 既往有房颤、房扑或房速消融手术史或先心病外科手术史；
3.瓣膜性房颤；
4. LVEF<30%；
5.抗凝禁忌或左心耳血栓

Exclusion criteria：

1. The diameter of the left atrium (anteroposterior diameter)>50mm;
2. A history of atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter or atrial tachycardia ablation or a history of congenital heart disease surgery;
3. Valvular atrial fibrillation;
4. LVEF<30%;
5. Anticoagulation contraindication or left atrial appendage thrombosis.
