研究目的：

根据经批准的处方信息，在中国常规临床实践中收集并评估与富马酸丙酚替诺福韦片（韦立得）治疗方案安全性和有效性相关的数据，并向 ADR 中心报告结果。  

Objectives of Study：

To collect and assess data related to the safety and effectiveness of Vemlidy treatment regimen, per the approved prescribing information, in routine clinical practice in China, and to report the results to ADR center.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

富马酸丙酚替诺福韦. 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Tenofovir alafenamide Fumarate 

纳入标准：

1. 中国患者和居住在中国的患者（12 岁及以上，体重至少为 35kg）
2. 根据中国批准的处方信息，符合资格接受富马酸丙酚替诺福韦片（韦立得）治疗的慢性 HBV 感染患者
3. 已知悉本研究所有相关方面信息并自愿签署知情同意书的患者（18 岁以下的患者，必须告知其法定监护人本研究所有相关方面信息并签署同意书）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients (aged 12 years and older with body weights of at least 35 kg) who are Chinese and living in China;
2. Patients with chronic HBV infection eligible for treatment with Vemlidy? as indicated in the approved prescribing information in China;
3. Patients who have been informed of all pertinent aspects of the study and have voluntarily signed an informed consent form (patients under 18 years of age must also have signed consent from a legal guardian who has been informed of all pertinent aspects of the study).

排除标准：

1 在中国批准的处方信息之外使用富马酸丙酚替诺福韦片（韦立得）治疗的患者
2 同时参与 HBV 治疗的临床试验（不测试研究用药和基于纯粹观察性的试验除外）
2 有富马酸丙酚替诺福韦片（韦立得?）中国处方信息所示的禁忌症的患者
4 计划在研究期间出国的患者
5 研究者认为不太可能维持至少 48 周定期医疗随访的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients treated with Vemlidy outside of the approved prescribing information in China;
2. Concurrent participation in clinical trial of HBV treatment (except trials not testing investigational medicinal products and based on a purely observational setting);
3. Patients who have a contraindication as indicated under Vemlidy prescribing information in China;
4. Patients planning on leaving the country during the study period;
5. Patients deemed by the investigator to be unlikely to maintain regular medical follow-up through at least 48 weeks.
