研究目的：

主要目的：通过临床随机对照试验，比较七氟醚和丙泊酚麻醉下，择期行腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者血浆asprosin、血糖和胰岛素水平的变化；次要目的：比较七氟醚和丙泊酚麻醉下，患者血浆肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素等应激相关激素的水平。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose:compare the effects of sevoflurane or proopofol on plasma asprosin glucose and insulin levels in patients undergoing elective laparoscopic colorectal cancer,the secondary purpose: compare the levels of stress-related hormones such as epinephrine and norepinephrine in plasma.

纳入标准：

1)签署知情同意书
2)择期行腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者
3)ASA I～II级
4)年龄 20～65 y
5)BMI 18.5～34.9 kg/m2

Inclusion criteria

1)signature of informed consent
2)patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery
3)ASA I~II level
4)age 20~65 y
5)BMI 18.5-34.9 kg/m2

排除标准：

1)年龄 < 20 y或 > 65y
2)BMI > 35 kg/m2或<18.5 kg/m2
3)高脂血症
4)脂肪乳剂过敏
5)代谢性疾病，包括糖尿病
6)严重心律失常，心、肝、肾功能不全患者
7)服用影响糖代谢的药物：糖皮质激素和β-受体阻滞剂

Exclusion criteria：

1) age <20 y or 65 y
2)BMI >35 or <18.5 kg/m2
3)hyperlipidemia
4)lipid emulsion allergy
5)metabolic diseases, including diabetes
6)severe arrhythmia, heart, liver and kidney dysfunction
7)drugs that affect glucose metabolism: glucocorticoids or β- receptor blockers
