研究目的：

通过监测接受含铂类化学药物治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者治疗前、每次化疗后及疾病进展期血液中循环肿瘤细胞数，评估循环肿瘤细胞数与疾病进展或治疗效果的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we sought to enumerate circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in 3 mL peripheral blood of patients with NSCLCs before and after first-line platinum therapy. Then, the correlation between CTC counts and disease progression and/or therapeutic effect was evaluated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.经细胞学或组织病理学诊断为非小细胞肺癌患者；
2.心肝肾及骨髓等重要脏器功能正常或基本正常；
3.ECOG PS评分0-1分；
4.预计生存期大于3个月；
5.至少有一个可测量病灶；
6.年龄18-80岁；
7.将接受化学药物治疗（含铂类化疗）的受试者，并愿意签署知情同意书；
8.治疗前受试者全血样本CTC检测值大于8.5CU/3mL。

Inclusion criteria

1.Histologically or cytologically confirmed NSCLC;
2.Normal physiological functions of the viscera as heart, liver, kidney and bone marrow;
3.ECOG performance status 0-1;
4.Life expectancy of at least 3 months;
5.At least one measurable lesion;
6.Age of 18-80 years;
7.Patients prepared for platinum-based chemotherapy with signed informed consent;
8.CTC counts of more than 8.5 CU in 3mL blood before therapy.

排除标准：

1.伴随其他恶性肿瘤疾病或入组前5年内诊断有其他恶性疾病（非黑色素皮肤癌和原位宫颈癌除外）；
2.入组前6个月内曾接受肿瘤相关治疗；
3.存在有症状性脑转移，未控制的大量浆膜腔积液；
4.依从性差，不能获得知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Concurrent other cancers or other serious diseases (except for non-melanoma skin cancer and in situ cervical cancers) within 5 years prior to study enrollment;
2.Previous anti-cancer therapy within 6 months prior to study enrollment;
3.Symptomatic brain metastases, uncontrolled serious effusions;
4.Inability to comply with study and/or follow-up procedures; Inability to obtain informed consent.
