研究目的：

本研究的主要目的为揭示青少年抑郁症复发的机制，寻找预测青少年抑郁症复发的影像和代谢生物标记物。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the imaging and metabolic biomarkers for predicting the recurrence of depression (rsMDD) in adolescent and to elucidate the underlying mechanisms of rsMDD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

诊断性试验，不涉及药物或者其他治疗。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Diagnostic tests, not involving drugs or other treatments. 

纳入标准：

病例组：
1. 年龄在10 - 19 岁;
2. 汉密尔顿抑郁症量表（HAMD-17）>= 16；
3. 未服药或者经历了至少5个药物半衰期的洗脱期。

对照组：
1. 年龄在10 - 19 岁
2. 汉密尔顿抑郁症量表（HAMD-17）<= 7。

Inclusion criteria

Case group:
1. Patients aged 10-19 years;
2. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) >= 16;
3. Patients who are not taking medication or have experienced a washout period of at least five drug half lives.
In the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups
1. Patients aged 10-19 years;
2. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) <= 7.

排除标准：

病例组排除标准：（1）患有其他精神疾病、癫痫、双向抑郁等 （2）磁共振扫描禁忌 （带有心脏起搏器、神经刺激器者、人工金属心脏瓣膜等的患者）
对照组排除标准： （1）患者既往有脑损伤或脑外科手术史 （2）磁共振扫描禁忌 （带有心脏起搏器、神经刺激器者、人工金属心脏瓣膜等的患者）

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria of case group were as follows
1. Patients with other mental diseases, epilepsy, bipolar depression, etc;
2. Patients with contraindication of MRI scanning (patients with pacemaker, nerve stimulator, artificial metal heart valve, etc.).
The exclusion criteria of the control group were as follows
1. Patients with previous history of brain injury or brain surgery;
2. Patients with contraindication of MRI scanning (patients with pacemaker, nerve stimulator, artificial metal heart valve, etc.).

1.符合美国精神病学协会精神疾病诊断与统计手册第五版抑郁症诊断的症状学、疾病严重程度以及病程标准。 2.汉密尔顿HAMD-17量表分数，>=16 为抑郁症。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

1. Meet the symptomatic, disease severity and course criteria of depression diagnosis in the fifth edition of the American Psychiatric Association diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental illness. 2. Hamilton HAMD-17 score >= 16.
